New builds

I work with builders and homeowners on reliable, code-compliant plumbing for new construction. From underground services to final fixtures, every stage handled with care, on schedule, built to last.

Renovations

Kitchens, bathrooms, basements. Plumbing designed to work with your project, not against it. I coordinate with the other trades so everything lines up cleanly from rough-in to final finish.

Tub & shower replacements

Swap a tired tub, upgrade to a walk-in shower, or build out a custom layout. I handle the tear-out, the rough-in changes, and the install, sealed properly and ready to use.

Hot water tank replacement

When it's time for a new tank, I handle the replacement quickly and properly. Sized to your home's needs and installed to meet code, so you get reliable hot water without surprises.

Leak detection & repair

From the obvious drip under the sink to the hidden pinhole behind the drywall, I track it down and fix it before it costs you more.
